Thanks for visiting our site - we're glad you stopped by! I'm married to a Wake County school teacher and we have 3 terrific kids, 3 dogs, 2 cats and a horse (!) We live in Apex, my office is in Cary, and we have owned houses in Holly Springs, Apex, Fuquay Varina and Raleigh, too. My education includes 2 undergraduate degrees, an MBA in Finance, and I was one of the first Realtors in NC to be awarded the Certified Negotiation Expert and the Strategic Pricing Specialist designations. I'm currently working on the Internet Marketing Specialist Designation for real estate agents, too. Prior to moving to North Carolina in 2003 to be closer to my elderly parents, we lived in Ohio, Massachusetts, New Jersey and California.
